From September 2015 a new Master Program in Optimization, in collaboration with Ecole Polytechnique, ENSTA and HEC, has started: we are now at the beginning of our second year. See the web page of this program or have a look at this advertisement page. On the other hand, consider that I am no longer in charge of the PDE master program.

Workshops, seminars and main occupations in Fall 2017

I have been visiting Imperial College, London, for the past semester (till July 19), but I am now back to Orsay (after summer vacations).

Sept 25-29 : I participated in the conference Control of state constrained dynamical systems in Padua.

Oct 3rd : I was in the jury committee for the PhD of Van-Thanh Nguyen (Limoges).

Oct 6th : I gave a talk in Athens on double heteroclinic connections, invited by N. Alikakos.

Oct 16th : I gave a self-invited talk at SPO in Paris.

Oct 17-18 : I participated in the Journées Sous-Riemanniennes 2017 in Grenoble.

Nov 5-11 : I was at UCAD in Dakar, working with Diaraf Seck and Boubacar Fall, and giving a course on optimal transport.

Nov 12-17 : I participated in the Oberwolfach conference "Variational Methods for Evolution".

Nov 21 : my student Paul Pegon defended his PhD thesis.

Nov 27 : I will give a talk at GT CalVa.

Dec 11 : I will be member of the jury committee for the HDR of Daniela Tonon, Paris-Dauphine.
Dec 12 : I will be member of the jury committee for the HDR of Guillaume Vigeral, Paris-Dauphine.
Dec 13 : I will co-organize a one-day workshop on Mathematical Economics at MSH Paris-Saclay (see the poster).
dec 15 : I will be member of the jury committee for the PhD thesis of Carlos Román, UPMC.
